The Athletic has an article out. If you saw the USA Today 53 man Shep posted, it's pretty similar, but the differences are ...
Natson instead of Hodge
Brown instead of Carlson
Player TDB instead of Chad Thomas
Hunt and Chubb, no RB3
Added a TBD linebacker to Goodson, Wilson, Phillips, Takitaki, Willie Harvey
Olumba made the DB room, Tavierre doesn't.
An article with more risk taking predictions, which is good, as it helps outline bubble players.

Interesting move by the Browns
The Cleveland Browns have parted ways with defensive end Trevon Young. Per the NFL transaction wire, the Browns waived Young on Tuesday with an injury designation.
Young joined the Browns’ practice squad in December after being released by the Los Angeles Rams off injured reserve. He was a 6th-round pick by the Rams in the 2018 NFL Draft out of Louisville. Cleveland signed Young to a future/reserve contract after the season ended.
The nature of Young’s injury was not specified. He is now free to sign with any other team.
Waiving Young drops the Browns to 89 players on the active roster. The current limit is 90.
The interesting part is the last statement. Dropping BELOW the limit may indicate the Browns are getting ready to add another player.
Maybe one that currently lives in the Pacific Northwest. by chance?
If I'm the agent of one of these vet free agents, I them them to sit tight until the opt-out deadline passes, which will be around August 7th-ish.
I have a theory based on the Pats that the Browns and other young teams have a COVID opt-out advantage. All six of their opt-outs were older than 30.
Not sure the risk of serious illness is all that much higher but their financial situation is more settled, they're closer to retirement and possibly already discussing it, and they're more likely to have wives and kids and mother-in-laws, meaning a larger decision making committee. I think that last part might be the most important.
Imposes second thought.
Guess we can scratch Drew Forbes. Gotta think he has a medical or family situation considering he's 23 and had a shot to win the RG spot.
Weird off season. 2 new OT's. Let's keep the IOL intact for this year. I like it.
My gut says there was a conversation with Callahan about his realistic chances of getting on the field rather than just risking his health to stand on the sidelines.
Callahan is a huge Wyatt Teller fan and I'm sure Forbes is invested enough to know that history. And then the team drafted a G/C with the 5th pick and got even more kudos for Harris than they got for Prospect X.
Somebody recently wrote, "The Browns did not spend a 5th round pick on a 3-year developmental center. They love Nick Harris and will be looking for ways to get him on the field once his functional strength catches up to everything else."
Almost a Njoku-like vibe when you put it that way. Took the TE because they couldn’t believe he was still there, and same goes for Harris. So the incumbent is unsettled.
BTW, Redwine is doing the opposite. After initially being disappointed (both draft and FA), word is he’s being very active. CBD joking he’s doing mock player interviews and “he’s going to steal our job”. Doesn’t sound like a disgruntled player whose checked out. Good on you Sheldrick. Atta baby.
That's so true: Redwine, Njoku, Forbes, Takitaki... drafted Browns who saw guys drafted or signed who might challenge them.
Agree: Redwine and Takitaki winning so far.
Word just came out that Forbes had a medical condition that posed an extra risk, and that is why he is sitting out the year. Life and family being more important.
I figured. You add up details, it's a headscratcher without that element... or Callahan telling him he's not really competing to start.
