I'm thinking two guys.............Mike McCarthy or Winston Moss. Two old Packer alumni who worked with our our current GM John Dorsey. I have nothing against Freddie, he's a hard guy to not like as a person and human being. Maybe, that's his Achilles heel.............he's too soft and likeable for this cut-throat league. I think it will take our team winning at least 4 out of 5 of our remaining games for Dorsey to want to keep him on the roster. Plus, an impressive post-season interview on how much Freddie has learned from the season and what his plans are for the future on coaching this team. Baltimore and Arizona are the toughest opponents left on our schedule imho. If our OL can hold off the Steelers DL and make our running game dominate, we should come out with a win if everybody does their job and guys step up again to fill in where needed.

I would like to now add maybe a better candidate by the name Ron Rivera, former head coach of Carolina Panthers. Ron partnered up with Dorsey and keeping current DC Steve Wilks might work out great. jmho First job.......fix OL blocking schemes and personnel and secondly improve DB tackling and find one dominant pass rushing/coverage LB guy.
