Here is definitely one to keep your eye on through the 2019 season. He had a monster junior season in 2018. His stats are impressive. They tell me that he had 41 tackles last season, but a whopping 30 of them (that's 75%, boys and girls) were solo efforts. That is an AFC North corner from the get go.
Last year, he had 13 passes defended with 2 picks. But to do those stats justice - you must watch film on him. He has a very keen sense of when to "jump a route". By doing so, he puts himself in great position to make the picks, or break up the pass. Notice he is always using the correct hand to break up the pass. We have the coaches here that can maximize that skill.
I just love seeing how he "glides" all over the field. Definitely, the fluidity you want out of your corners. Enjoy.

And oh, by the way - Jeff is ideal size for a corner at 6'0" and 183; and he ain't slow - clocking at 4.34 in the 40.
